Welcome to the City of Atascadero’s online services portal. The links below provide access to inspections, permits, business licenses, and property searches. If you have an application on file, you can upload and download documents associated with your permit or project.

We offer two types of user accounts:
1) Public accounts allow for requesting inspections as well as uploading and downloading project or permit documents. Public user accounts are generally best for homeowners or other applicants that do not need to track multiple projects or permit at any given time.
2) Registered Professional accounts allow for project and permit management by registered professionals doing regular business at the City. A registered professional account will allow you to set up a dashboard to track and maintain multiple permit and project records. Setting up a Registered Professional account requires City activation. Please email your request to permitcenter@atascadero.org and include your company name, company contact(s), and email address. Registered Professionals include, but are not limited to, contractors, designers, consultants, engineers, property managers and developers.
